Why You’ll Want to Work Here Competitive pay rates Shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts Annual performance bonus (target: 5%) Tuition reimbursement toward degree programs Medical insurance with Rx and HSA Dental and vision insurance 401K with generous employer match Paid Time Off: 80 hours in your first full year 11 paid holidays each year Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability Supplemental life and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Program Employee discount program Company-paid safety footwear and prescription eyewear Shifts Available 1st Shift: 5 AM – 3 PM 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM What You’ll Be Doing Assemble components and subassemblies to produce completed parts Use power equipment and manual tools to install wires, hoses, hydraulics, and accessories Drill, cut, shape, and position parts using templates and measurements Install decals, lights, cameras, and other vehicle features Stack and lift parts and assemblies up to 40 lbs (team lift up to 80 lbs) Work across multiple assembly stations as needed to meet production demands Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately Maintain quality standards through careful inspection and execution Keep the work area clean and safe, adhering to all company procedures and regulations Work overtime and weekends as needed Basic Qualifications 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor role Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in assembly or a mechanical occupation Training Provided On-the-job training offered to help you get up to speed quickly About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with top-tier companies across aviation, manufacturing, defense, and industrial sectors.
