About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Diversity Officer to lead and oversee its diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives. The successful candidate will be dedicated full-time to ensuring that the company's policies and actions align with all relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and executive orders. This role involves providing executive-level guidance on diversity and inclusion in the workforce, monitoring and implementing diversity and inclusion plans, and preparing comprehensive objectives for the employment of underrepresented groups. The Chief Diversity Officer will also be responsible for coordinating with various offices to integrate diversity and inclusion values into the company's strategic plan and will play a key role in community outreach and maintaining relationships with DEIA organizations. Applicants for the Chief Diversity Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, with a minimum of two years at a managerial level. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in implementing and directing DEIA programs, as well as experience in ensuring compliance with diversity and inclusion standards.
