About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all human capital and talent functions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic and operational performance. This role involves providing expert coaching to senior leaders, leading policy and process improvements to enhance the company culture, and contributing to strategic planning and development activities. The Chief People Officer will also be tasked with creating and implementing human capital strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent, as well as leading workforce planning and organizational design initiatives. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of generalist HR experience, including a minimum of 7 years' in a management role. Senior leadership experience and HR certification are highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in HR, who can effectively manage and leverage HR systems, data analytics, and technology to support the business needs of the organization. The Chief People Officer will also be responsible for fostering a positive company culture, leading employee recruitment and talent management strategies, and ensuring the integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion into the organization's identity.
