Community Specialist – Traverse City, MI lululemon, an inclusive performance apparel company for yoga, running, and training, seeks a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy. The role includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience. Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and to position the store as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community relevant business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding events, projects, or initiatives. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies by store needs; shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak timeframes may require early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts. Compensation Base Pay Range : $20.00 - $23.01 per hour (subject to minimum wage). Target Bonus : $2.00 per hour.
