Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities.

• Collaborate with individuals and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
