Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Account Representative is responsible for generating new business through outbound outreach and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will actively prospect and engage local businesses through cold calls, in-person visits, email outreach, and networking. Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required to effectively serve both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cold calls to prospective business clients
• Perform B2B canvassing in assigned territories (face-to-face outreach)
• Schedule and run on-site or virtual meetings with decision-makers
• Clearly present service offerings and value propositions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to support retention and satisfaction
• Track outreach activity and client communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training to build skillset

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales outreach (phone and in-person)
• Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Able to stay organized and manage follow-up effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or staffing
