About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Insurance Sales Representatives to join our State Farm Agency in Mesa.
This is an in-office position focused on helping our existing clients and building long-term relationships — no cold calling required. You’ll reach out to current policyholders, help them with their insurance needs, and earn referrals by providing great service.
Our agency has a proven referral rewards program — clients love it, and you’ll be trained on how to ask for and generate referrals. When clients send new business your way, you’ll earn more, and the client gets a thank-you gift card from our office.
