Junior Graphic Designer We are looking for the unique skill-set of typography mixed with the ability to create fine art. Our design team is a group of highly skilled, efficient creators. We do everything from big events like our fashion show to cropping photos for our website and everything in between. The spectrum of work full length catalogs in print and digital. From designing clothing to social content. We come to work, to create in a collaborative, uptempo environment. Your role: As a Junior Designer/Illustrator, you will be supporting the design team. Reporting to the Art Director, you will be responsible for concept/design/execution of various marketing initiatives across all channels. These projects will range from print, digital, environmental, and video editing and production. In addition, you will: Support Art Director or Creative Director in research, developing concepts and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meets business objectives Work within the existing style guide and evolve the visual framework as needed Build concepts and design for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to finish Craft creative solutions with impeccable attention to design and typography Partner with the marketing team to ensure copy and visuals are working harmoniously together Lead projects and collaborate with other team members to divide and conquer Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and expertise in design critiques Demonstrate our values of efficiency, innovation, expertise, respect for all, teamwork, and initiative We’re excited about you if you have: (WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH...) 2+ years of design experience. BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design or equivalent experience Proficient knowledge of: Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign, Figma Showing sound design principles, cropping photos, blending text with photos, video editing, and illustrating are what we will be evaluating from your portfolio. Strong Typography skills and portfolio are highly regarded. Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; ability to manage their time efficiently Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with fashion and fashion brands a plus Ability to move fast, multitask and meet tight deadlines Design studio or agency experience preferred
