Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of optical retail experience in a luxury or premium setting
• Licensed Dispensing Optician or clear plan to obtain license
• Strong understanding of latest advancements in prescription lens technology
• Proven ability to deliver concierge-level service to discerning clientele

• Provide expert guidance on lens technology and frame selection
• Deliver personalized, luxury experiences to a sophisticated client base
• Drive sales and exceed KPIs
• Stay ahead of fashion and optical trends
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with your team to create a seamless, elevated experience
• Support nearby boutiques when needed—flexibility is key
