Job Description: As the SEO & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and digital marketing campaigns to increase our online presence, drive traffic, and convert visitors into customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s goals. Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies that increase organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve online visibility. Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to guide content teams and develop high-ROI keyword strategies. Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize existing content and ensure SEO best practices in newly created content. On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Implement on-page SEO improvements, manage link-building strategies, and optimize meta descriptions, headers, and alt text. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess and improve digital marketing effectiveness. PPC & Paid Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI. Social Media Strategy: Drive social media strategy, content creation, and engagement to grow our following and reach. Email Marketing: Develop targeted email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and optimize website elements to improve user experience and conversion rates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO/Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred). Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Experience in managing paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms. Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and familiarity with A/B testing platforms. Previous experience in B2B marketing.
