• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every third weekend, every other holiday\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1860 - $1910\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state (Iowa RN license)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)\n
• Ability to complete all required onboarding health and competency screenings (2 Step PPD or IGRA, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Fit Test, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines, 10 Panel Drug Screen)\n
• Successful background checks and completion of professional training\n

\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit\n
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered\n
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
• Educate and support patients and families on care plans and health management\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards\n
