• Location: Lincoln, Maine (04457) – Maine nursing jobs\n
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department\n
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract\n
• Start Date: November 18, 2025\n
• End Date: February 17, 2026\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)\n
• Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2120 - $2180\n

\n\nQualifications – Emergency Room Registered Nurse\n

\n
• Active and unexpired Maine RN license or compact state license (Registered Nurse)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred\n
• Required immunizations: Varicella (2 doses or titer), HepB (3 doses or titer or declination), MMR (2 doses or titer), Tdap, PPD (2-step or titer within past 12 months), and flu shot during flu season\n
• Strong clinical skills in emergency care, problem-solving, and critical thinking\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n
• Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and assisting with patient mobility\n

\n\nKey Responsibilities – ER Nurse\n

\n
• Conduct initial and ongoing age-appropriate nursing assessments in the Emergency Department\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders\n
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a fast-paced ER setting\n
• Accurately document patient care activities per hospital policies and healthcare regulations\n
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to communicate patient status and care plans\n
• Participate in discharge planning and provide patient and family education\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for patients and staff\n
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and emergency preparedness drills\n
• Support the hospital’s mission through professional conduct and community involvement\n
