About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a hybrid role in valuation. This leadership position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial modeling, managing valuation engagements, and a proven track record of working with private equity clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing valuation projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations. This includes reviewing financial models and valuation reports for accuracy, leading client interactions, and providing strategic insights based on valuation analyses. The role also involves serving as a key point of contact for private equity and private company clients, with a focus on long-term relationship development. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of valuation experience, with a background in the valuation arm of a Big 4/Top 25 firm or a dedicated valuation firm. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, along with strong technical expertise in financial modeling, business and securities valuation, and client advisory. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and progress toward CFA, ASA, or ABV is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing professional with the ability to lead discussions and present valuation findings with confidence.
