MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Associate's Degree in environmental science, engineering, business administration, or related field and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in a water treatment or distribution system, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role. Two (2) years additional experience in a water treatment or distribution system in a lead or supervisory role with a high school diploma may substitute for required education. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, business administration, or related field and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in a water treatment or distribution system, including at least two (2) years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.

LICENSE, REGISTRATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Must possess/obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s license. Must possess or obtain and maintain a Water Distribution Manager Certification or a Water Treatment 4 as issued by the State of Washington within six (6) months of employment.
