The Head of Retail Marketing will establish and lead Unilever Beautys U.S. Retail Marketing function, bringing together shopper marketing, retail media, and commerce activation into a single, future-fit capability. This role will ensure integrated brand storytelling across retailers, optimize investment across retail and shopper levers, and deliver measurable growth.
Set the Strategy : Define the holistic Retail Marketing strategy that connects brand equity, retailer priorities, and consumer/shopper needs.
Integrate Shopper & Retail Media : Lead joint planning across shopper and retail media, ensuring consistency with national media and Amazon performance.
Build Best-in-Class Execution : Oversee the development of retailer-ready creative assets, in-store activations, and retail media campaigns that drive conversion.
Measurement & ROI : Establish a clear measurement framework for retail marketing, with emphasis on incrementality and closed-loop learning.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with Brand, Sales, Media, and E-Commerce to drive aligned retail marketing plans and maximize impact of investment.
Team Leadership & Capability Building : Build and coach a high-performing team; design ways of working that balance agility with operational rigor.
Innovation & Test-and-Learn : Pilot new retail marketing approaches (emerging retail media networks, personalization, creative automation) and scale what works.
812+ years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, media, or e-commerce.
Proven success integrating shopper and retail media investments.
Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with Sales and Retailer partners.
Comfort with measurement systems (MMM, incrementality testing, retail media reporting).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityable to both architect the system and run it.
Retail Marketing is recognized as a core growth driver, not a cost center.
Brands experience stronger, more consistent retail presence across channels.
Retailer partnerships deepen through joint plans that marry equity and conversion.
Retail media spend delivers provable incrementality and integrated learnings.
The function becomes a model for future-fit ways of working in beauty and beyond.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
