Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Health Insurance Agent . As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to clients, assist with health insurance inquiries, and guide customers through selecting and enrolling in health plans. This role requires a deep understanding of health insurance products and the ability to communicate complex information clearly in Spanish. Position Responsibilities Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies. Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance policies. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions. Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies. Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, etc. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Stay updated on insurance regulations and market trends. Promote insurance products to meet sales targets. Address customer concerns regarding policies. Collaborate with team members for cohesive service. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Candidate Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid Healthcare Insurance License Previous call center experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Flexible schedule and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable in completing tasks and attendance Requirements Wired Ethernet connection of at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Two 21" monitors Own headset (models to be provided during interview) Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with benefits including PTO, health coverage, retirement plans, disability and life insurance, career growth opportunities, paid training, and a supportive work environment.
